Who are Coastal Spark Cleaners?
We’re a small family business proudly based in Shellharbour, servicing the Illawarra. Living here on the beautiful coast, we know how busy life can get, whether it’s long work hours or juggling family life. We’re here to help make your place shine! Giving you more time to enjoy the things you love.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, absolutely! You can cancel your booking with at least 24 hours notice. For rescheduling, please let us know at least 4 hours before your appointment. For full details, check out our policy page.
Do I need to be home during my clean?
It’s entirely up to you! Whether you prefer to be home or not, we’ll ensure your cleaning experience is seamless and stress-free. Your comfort is our priority. We’re also more than happy to help arrange a safe place for your key, if you can’t be home during your clean.
Do I need to prepare anything before my cleaner arrives?
Not at all! We’re here to take away the stress of cleaning, so you can relax knowing your home will shine. For the best results, we recommend a quick tidy of any loose items before we arrive. This helps us focus on giving your home a thorough clean. However this isn’t necessarily, and we’ll work our magic either way!
Do I need to provide cleaning equipment?
No need! We come fully equipped with all the cleaning supplies needed to make your home shine. If you have any allergies or sensitivities to certain products, please let us know, and we’ll tailor our approach to suit your needs.
What about my pets?
We’re pet lovers and happy to work around your furry friends! For the best cleaning results, we recommend keeping pets outside or in a secure area during the clean, but we’ll always ensure they’re safe and comfortable.
When do I pay?
You can pay securely through our online booking system via Visa or Debit. Alternatively, we offer in-person payment options, including cash or card, for your convenience.
Can I give my cleaner a key?
Yes, you’re welcome to provide a spare key, especially for our recurring cleaning services. If you’re not home during your appointment, we’re happy to arrange a safe and secure way to access and return your key.
Are your cleaners insured?
Absolutely! All our cleaners are covered by public liability insurance and undergo National Police Checks, giving you complete peace of mind.
