Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Coastal Spark Cleaners for your cleaning needs. We are committed to providing high-quality cleaning services and ensuring our clients’ satisfaction. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.

Booking and Payment

All bookings can be made in person or online via our Online Booking System. Payment can be made online through our Online Booking System, or in person via cash or card at the time of service. Full payment is required at the time of booking for online payments. In-person payments can be made on the day of service.

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellation by Customer:

Customers may cancel their appointment and receive a full refund of any online payment made if the cancellation is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling:

Customers can reschedule their appointment at no additional cost if the request is made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled appointment. Rescheduling requests made within 4 hours of the appointment may incur additional charges or may not be accommodated, depending on availability.

In-Person Payments:

Refunds for in-person payments (cash or card) are subject to the discretion of Coastal Spark Cleaners and may be limited, especially once the service has been provided.

Refund Policy
Online Payments:

Refunds for online payments will be processed promptly once a cancellation request has been received and approved, provided the cancellation complies with our policy (i.e., at least 24 hours prior to the appointment). Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

Service Satisfaction:

If you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment. We will endeavour to resolve any issues, and may offer a re-clean or refund at our discretion.

Non-Refundable Services:

Certain circumstances, such as no-shows, late cancellations, or requests made outside the specified timeframes, may not be eligible for refunds.

Consumer Rights under Australian Law:

Our refund policy does not limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). If the service is faulty, not provided with due care and skill, or does not match the description, you are entitled to a remedy, including a refund, repair, or replacement. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
